Professional aerial imagery for property, commercial and location-based projects across the North East
High-quality drone photography and aerial video offer a powerful way to show scale, context and location — whether you’re marketing a property, documenting a commercial project, or creating visual content for editorial use.
Based in Newcastle upon Tyne and working across Northumberland and the wider North East, I provide carefully planned, CAA-compliant drone services focused on clear, usable imagery rather than gimmicks. Every flight is approached with safety, discretion and purpose in mind.
Aerial imagery for property marketing
Drone photography is particularly effective for property and real-estate marketing, helping buyers and guests understand a building’s setting, surroundings and access at a glance.
Aerial imagery can be used to:
- Show plot size, boundaries and layout
- Highlight location, views and proximity to amenities
- Add context to rural, coastal or larger properties
- Complement interior photography and floor plans
Drone photography and video can be booked as a standalone service or combined with interior property photography for a consistent, professional result.
Commercial & location-based drone work
In addition to property marketing, I work with businesses, organisations and publishers to create aerial imagery for a wide range of commercial and editorial uses, including:
- Architecture and the built environment
- Tourism, hospitality and destination marketing
- Construction progress and site documentation
- Editorial and promotional content
The focus is always on producing clean, versatile imagery that works across websites, brochures, social media and print.
Licensed, insured & compliant drone operations
All drone work is carried out in line with current UK regulations, with full public liability insurance and the necessary permissions in place where required.
Before any flight, I assess:
- Airspace restrictions
- Location permissions
- Safety considerations
- Weather and light conditions
This ensures each shoot is planned responsibly and completed efficiently, with minimal disruption on site.
A considered approach to aerial photography
Not every project needs dramatic movements or cinematic effects. In many cases, simple, well-composed aerial stills or slow, stable video deliver the strongest results.
My approach to drone photography mirrors my wider photographic work — thoughtful, reliable, and focused on producing imagery that serves a clear purpose.
